Ron "Bear" Hill - RHP

OBTAINED: Selected in the 17th round of the June 2005 draft.

OTHER: Ron had a terrific season at Lakewood in 2006 before finishing the last few games of the year at Clearwater. 2007 saw him once again start the year at Lakewood giving up 18 hits with 22 Ks in 24.0 innings of work before being promoted to Clearwater in late May.

Bear recorded the final out for the Threshers as they won the 2007 Florida State League Championship. The final out is pictured in the video below...
